What are your shipping lead times?
Orders for only metal parts usually ship in 1-2 business days. Orders with drape usually ship within 3 –5 business days.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to Canada (please note that all prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars / USD). On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to ship to other countries if you can provide a freight forwarder in the United States. Please call or email to discuss.
What are the shipping methods offered?
Ground = delivery by a normal FedEx Ground or Home Delivery truck. Signature may be required; it is always less expensive to ship to a Commerical (zoned) address than a Residential (zoned) address, if you have the option and can do so.
Freight Truck - With Lift Gate = large 18-wheeler delivery, with a Lift Gate. Carrier used may vary. If you are choosing a Freight Truck method and you do NOT have a truck-high loading dock, choose this method and your items will be lowered down to the ground, at street level, for you to bring inside at your convenience. NOTE: you will have to be present for delivery. Freight carriers will not leave a shipment without obtaining a signature.
Freight Truck - No Lift Gate = large 18-wheeler delivery, without a Lift Gate. Carrier used may vary. If you are choosing a Freight Truck method and you have a truck-high loading dock (i.e., you will not require a Lift Gate for delivery), choose this method. NOTE: you will have to be present for delivery. Freight carriers will not leave a shipment without obtaining a signature.
What is your Return policy?
All returns must have a Return Authorization ("RA") number clearly marked on the outside of the box(es). Failure to mark your RA# on the box will result in the box(es) being refused at our warehouse. Please contact us for a Return Authorization number. Any returns must be completed within 30 days of the date of ordering and must be in ORIGINAL packaging. Items that arrive damaged will not be refunded. Unless prior written agreement on our part, any outgoing shipping is not refundable, and all return shipping is the customers responsibility. Drapes are subject to a 50% restock fee (we suggest you request a swatch prior to ordering to avoid this) as they are cut and sewn to order. Orders for metal parts or packages that include drape are subject to a 30% restock fee.
